Dear Ladies,
This week we played our monthly MossPinn competition on home ground, beautiful Pinnacle. Unfortunately, the rain interfered, and only a few teams managed to complete more than 9 holes. Despite the weather, Pinnacle secured a great win with a score of 11 points to 1!
Next Tuesday, all the League teams will be playing at Pinnacle, so there will be no regular Tuesday competition.
Good luck, Ladies! I’m sure you’ll all make us proud.
Happy Golfing!
Gesi Graham
Ladies Captain

If you’re looking for a feel-good story, this is it.
While out for a morning walk along the scenic St Blaize trail earlier this week, Danie Giliomee & his dog stumbled upon an unexpected sight – an eagle caught in the estate’s perimeter fence.
Danie immediately reported the incident, prompting a swift response from the Pinnacle Security Team & a fence technician, who rushed to the scene to assist. Thanks to their quick action & teamwork, the magnificent bird of prey was safely freed & flew off unharmed.
A big thank you to Danie for his vigilance & well done to the Pinnacle Point team for their rapid response & care!

Volunteer required

The 10-Shot Challenge
We want to have a volunteer in the 12 – 24 handicap region book a round of golf with a difference with one of our Professionals.
On each hole, once your ball is within 100 metres of the hole, they’ll drop a ball alongside yours and inherit your score to that point. Both of you will finish out the hole and record your scores.
The challenge is for you to finish within 10 shots of the Pro. The challenge for them is to beat you by 10 shots.
I want to take the 10-Shot Challenge
If you’d like to volunteer, please leave your details, and we’ll draw a couple of names, reach out, and set up the round of golf.
Have you played from 70 metres? A really good idea is to come out to the club when it’s not busy or at the end of your day and play 9 holes from 70 metres. Let us know when you break 27.
